How our process works

Intake

Assessment

A qualified medical practitioner completes the required disability assessment and documentation to support your application

Form Completion

We prepare and complete the medical and administrative portions of the DTC application to ensure accuracy and clarity

Submission

Our team submits your forms to the correct body and follows up as needed until your application is processed

Fees & Follow-Ups: What to Expect

Our standard fee covers the initial review, clinical assessment (if required), and completion and submission of your DTC application based on the information available at the time of assessment.

If the CRA returns your form for a simple administrative correction (e.g., dates, signatures, missing fields), we will correct and resubmit at no additional charge.

If your application is denied and you provide new clinical information that requires additional assessment or documentation, a follow-up appointment and fee will apply to compensate our clinicians for the extra professional time needed.

You will always be informed in advance if a follow-up fee is required.

*Application Disclaimer

While our team provides guidance, clinical assessment, and completion of the Disability Tax Credit (DTC) forms based on CRA criteria, final approval of the credit is determined solely by the Canada Revenue Agency. Completing a DTC application with our support does not guarantee that the credit will be awarded.

FAQ
